19th C. High Chair Stand
A rare solid mahogany stand, with turned front legs and sabre back legs, It was used to convert an accompanying small chair into a child's highchair, but when separated could be used as a table and chair. C.1880.
Very strong and sturdy with old black paint, it makes for an excellent library stool, plant stand, seating stool or occasional table.
